My Life in Songs: Tony Diver

Take A Walk On The Wild Side // Lou Reed

It’s all due to the questionable driving music choices of my father, when mini-Tony couldn’t quite yet see over the dashboard. Well, he could hear the lyrics, he just didn’t know what they meant yet. It’s actually a rather downbeat celebration of individual opportunity, the freedom of America and the unorthodox lives of several characters. Reed at his best.
