I Am Setsuna
Set in a world covered in an everlasting winter, I Am Setsuna sees players take on the role of the titular character as she travels to a sacred shrine to try and fulfil her destiny. Accompanied by a nameless mercenary, a traveller named Kuon and a veteran soldier named Yomi, Setsuna will have to face demons in every aspect of her journey – both literal enemies and how her actions will have a lasting effect on those she has left behind to make this journey.
With the top-down visual perspective and deep emotional core, I Am Setsuna takes inspiration from classic RPG elements. During the game, players will be able to use special abilities for each of the party members based on the character’s prior actions. While I Am Setsuna is also available on the PS Vita in Japan, no announcement has been made regarding an English language release. However Square Enix have stated that a release on the hand-held console could happen if there is enough demand for it.
I Am Setsuna will be available on PlayStation 4 and PC from July 19*
