With 12 UK chart singles to their name, plus four #1s and two #2s in the US Dance Chart, SUNSCREEM stood alongside The Prodigy and The Shamen in the 1990s in pioneering commercial electronic music.

Whilst Suncreem may acknowledge they have one foot in the nostalgia market, they are still making cutting edge dance music to this day with over 15,000 monthly Spotify listeners and an album release in the pipeline, following the infamous ‘Out Of The Woods’ that fans waited over 20 years for.

2018 saw the 21st anniversary of ‘Out Of The Woods’ and Paul and Lucia were finally able to dust off the masters of the album and fall back in love with it. The band have remastered all of the tracks to get the best sound quality without adding any additional sounds or vocals to the original mix. The artwork – featuring photographer’s Simon Archer’s classic image of Lucia and her cello in London’s Covent Garden – has been recreated so that the CD booklet is as originally designed.

Keeping everything as original as possible, ‘Out Of The Woods’ is a blast from the past and just what society needs. Nostalgic, powerful and exhilarating, the album is the perfect release for fans all over the world. Track standouts include ‘Cover Me’ and ‘Where Are All The Angels’. Although the tracks were originally written 20 years ago, the tracks and lyrics are just as relatable now as they were back then, highlighting the incredible power of music and it’s ability to resonate always.

A testament to their incredible talent, ‘Out Of The Woods’ will still be talked about in the next 20 years to come and remains one of their most powerful releases to date.
