The Sims 4 has announced its latest expansion pack, Enchanted by Nature, releasing in July.
This is the second expansion pack of 2025, following the “Businesses & Hobbies” pack, back in March.
Enchanted by Nature will reintroduce fairies into the franchise. While previous expansion packs have introduced a whole host of supernatural creatures, including werewolves, vampires, aliens and mermaids, fans have been waiting for fairies to return to the franchise. The mystical creatures were last seen in 2012 in The Sims 3 Supernatural Expansion.
Players will be able to create and customise their own fairies, with a variety of wings, skin tones, ears, and tattoos. Once players have created their fairies, they have the option of following two fairy paths. Harmonious fairies aid other living things to find health and balance, while Discordant fairies stir chaos and make everyday life harder for the Sims around them.
The pack will also come with a variety of brand-new skills, items, Ailments, and three new neighbourhoods to explore.
Ahead of the new expansion, EA will release a free base game update on 1st July. Followed by another expansion on 19th August.
The “Enchanted by Nature” expansion pack will be released on 10th July across Steam, Epic Games, PC, Mac, PlayStation®, and Xbox. Those who order before 21st August 2025 will be able to redeem the “Fairy Garden Digital Content” bonus pack. This includes the exclusive items Lofty Leaf Pond, the Luminous Mycena Lantern and the Disguised Dwelling Fairy Home.
The current price for “The Sims 4” expansion packs is £34.99.
