With a handful of shimmering singles under their belt, three-piece indie-pop wonders Vistas are back with brand new offering ‘Young Forever’. With their sparkling new album, What Were You Hoping To Find?, set to release 20 August, the boys are successfully building momentum and excitement ahead of their full-length feat.

What Were You Hoping To Find? follows on from their chart placing debut Everything Changes In The End which received critical acclaim and a bounty of positive reactions.

‘Young Forever’ sees the band venture into darker and deeper moments, focussing on the less-than-optimistic days that fester out of prolonged isolation and loneliness.

As explained by frontman Prentice: “‘Young Forever’ is the opposite of ‘Dayglow’ and looks at those not so optimistic days of lockdown. It comes from a place of worrying that I was missing out on some of the best and most important moments in my life and not wanting them to pass me by. The light in this song comes in the chorus where I say that none of that really matters when you’ve found someone that will always make you feel young regardless of whatever else is happening around you.

Featuring a glorious culmination of angelic vocals and roaring guitar lines, ‘Young Forever’ is set to be a fan favourite. Despite the underlying message, the track is a surprisingly uplifting and summery cut creating a positive atmosphere out of a not-so-positive situation.
