Fallout 4 is set to get an Anniversary Edition this November to celebrate ten years of the game, Bethesda has announced in their second annual Fallout Day broadcast.

Releasing on November 10, the Anniversary Edition will contain the three story add-ons – Automatron, Far Harbor and Nuka-World – and the three workshop add-ons. These are currently available for purchase individually or as part of the season pass.

Over 150 pieces from Fallout 4’s Creation Club will also be a part of the Anniversary Edition including paint jobs for power armour and Pip Boys, unique weapons and options to switch what breed of dog the player’s four-legged companion Dogmeat is. Creation Club additions allow you to bring “a slice of the Mojave desert to the Commonwealth”, become a beast hunter and even test your mettle in an escape room.

The Anniversary Edition will be released on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X and S. Upgrades will be available for players who own the base game or the Game of the Year edition.

Bethesda also announced that the game would debut on Nintendo Switch 2 in 2026 – the first time that the franchise has featured on a Nintendo console.

Held on October 23, which is the day that the atomic bombs dropped in-universe, the Fallout Day broadcast also unveiled updates for Fallout Shelter and Fallout 76. Fallout Shelter, also celebrating its tenth anniversary, is introducing seasons bringing unique time-limited events and challenges to the game. For players of the live multiplayer Fallout 76, a Burning Springs map expansion is coming in December where players cross paths with Walton Goggins’ The Ghoul from the TV show to become a bounty hunter.

Fans of Fallout: New Vegas however will be feeling disappointed on the game’s fifteenth anniversary as Bethesda failed to announce a much-demanded remaster of the game.

Instead, they announced a PC Collector’s Edition of the game, including the Ultimate Edition of the game, a Vault Boy pin and other collectables. Priced at £139.99, the bundle can be pre-ordered here ahead of its June 2026 release.

Though Fallout fans are itching for remasters of 4 and New Vegas, it looks like they will be waiting a bit longer.
